This matters.

We are a communications consultancy. Based in London but with a global presence, we position our clients to lead the debates shaping tomorrow’s world. For individuals, brands and organisations, we tell the stories that matter, using communications as a force for good.

We are a Financial Times 1000 Company 2023 – celebrating the fastest-growing companies in Europe.

Our Story

Honest in our outlook. Detailed in our research. Strategic in our methods.

We won’t relent until we shift the conversation.

We work with the media to support our clients, solve problems, and start conversations that change the world. We help them speak to the right audiences in the right way, anticipating and responding to the issues that will define tomorrow.

From start-ups to brands and global organisations, we build campaigns and we get results.

Our Services

We work with organisations big and small to tell the stories that define how we live and work. We admire our clients because they set out to solve problems and have meaningful conversations.

Through research, strategy, writing, media relations and advocacy, we can help you persuade, grow and evolve. Our work covers the full spectrum of impactful public relations – from up-front messaging work to proactive campaigning in the international press.

We also navigate our clients through challenging situations. From internal issues to major incidents, we calm the storm and provide solutions by demystifying crisis management.

We build coherent sustainability stances, and communicate the right information to the right people. We develop measurable, scalable impact programmes that are vital in the battle against climate change, material to businesses, and relevant to stakeholders.

As a 2022 ESG Awards ‘Consultancy of the Year’, we build campaigns that integrate your sustainability journey into your brand communications. We strengthen credibility and give you ownership of agenda-stretching conversations. Our belief is that the difference between a good and bad sustainability strategy is never the numbers: it’s how they are communicated.

We’re here to ensure that a shared urgency translates into tangible action.

Our digital team offers strategy, management, content creation and paid media, to give our clients the edge across all channels.

We help brands and organisations become publishers on issues that matter, identifying their values and stories and translating them into digital content. We are digital experts. But we’re communicators first. We connect our clients with culture, build communities and drive conversations that make a genuine impact.

Alongside Woodrow’s award-winning public relations, press office, and strategic communications teams, we put social and digital at the heart of our work.

Our Team

We champion curiosity, celebrate diversity and reward imagination. What unites us is a shared belief in doing work that matters.

Life at Woodrow

Our Commitments

Our team is our most precious asset. Woodrow runs a regular management training programme. This ensures everyone receives the best possible development and career opportunities – we are proud of our transparent feedback and review culture which we review regularly. We protect our team’s wellbeing through the challenges of day-to-day work and life. Our commitments support Mind, Body, Work, Women, Wallet and Impact.

Healthy body, healthy mind is our mantra. 24/7 professional mental health support is available to everyone, as well as a monthly fitness budget, a Cycle2Work scheme and free organic breakfast bar.

Truly flexible working should be a rewarding experience. Our ‘digital fortnight’ offers the team the chance to work and explore the world, once a year, as our ambassadors.

In an industry that’s two thirds female, female health shouldn’t be a nice to have. We offer shared parental leave, paid support for IVF or any other fertility treatment, and 21 days paid leave in case of miscarriage, as well as flexible working arrangements. We are signatories to the Miscarriage Association’s charter.

Our EMI share scheme gives everyone a stake in Woodrow after six months. That’s on top of a transparent pay structure across the business, which is reviewed, benchmarked against the industry, and presented annually.

We closely monitor our sustainability footprint and run an annual partnership with a charity of the team’s choosing. Everyone is given paid leave to volunteer and is taken on an annual international trip where we learn, grow and have a lot of fun together.
