Woodrow has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour and exploitation in any form.
We are not currently required to publish a statutory modern slavery statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, but we believe it is important to be clear about our position and expectations.
We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity across our own operations, our client relationships and our partnerships. This commitment applies to everyone working for us or on our behalf, including employees, freelancers, contractors, interns, suppliers and partners.
Our direct business operations are low risk, but we recognise that modern slavery risks can exist in extended supply chains, including areas such as print production, merchandise, event staffing, production partners, facilities services and international contractors.
We take a proportionate, risk-based approach to supplier due diligence and expect our suppliers and partners to comply with applicable modern slavery, labour and human rights laws. Where appropriate, we may request further information, seek contractual assurances, escalate concerns or terminate relationships.
Concerns about actual or suspected modern slavery can be raised with Izzy Wood, Managing Director, at i.wood@woodrowcommunications.com. This statement is reviewed annually.
