Anne-Laure Descours
Anne-Laure was Chief Sourcing Officer at PUMA and remains a member of their Management Board, where she led global sourcing and product development, carrying Board-level responsibility for sustainability across the group. A French national with close to three decades in the sourcing industry, she joined PUMA in 2012 to oversee product development and sourcing for all global apparel and accessories, having previously held senior roles at major international sourcing organisations including Li & Fung and Otto International, both based in Hong Kong, where she remains primarily based. Her career sits at the heart of how a global consumer brand actually makes what it sells, and to what standard.
Anne-Laure brings an operator’s view of the modern supply chain, where commercial performance, ethics and reputation are now inseparable.
