Rachael has over 6 years of experience supporting senior leaders in the creative industries, including The Roof Gardens and Brinkworth Design.

She is passionate about social impact and is community-focused, always thinking with a people first approach. Her work has spanned everything from stakeholder engagement, to experience-led events with purpose. She has worked closely with local councils, colleges and charities to create lasting change for local residents through recruitment opportunities. At Woodrow, Rachael is the Executive Assistant to our CEO, and key to the smooth running of our London office.
