Wildfarmed: Advancing Regenerative Agriculture Through Policy

Wildfarmed is on a mission to transform agriculture through regenerative farming, creating a system that restores nature while ensuring long-term food security. With over 100 UK farmers and partners like Waitrose and Manchester City FC, Wildfarmed's practices were proving scalable. But to expand their impact, they needed government and industry support to integrate regenerative farming into national policy and a communications partner who could help them make that case convincingly to the people with the power to act.

Impact

Our advocacy opened important channels of communication with policymakers and industry leaders. Key achievements included engagement with influential stakeholders raising awareness of regenerative farming's benefits, media coverage that significantly boosted Wildfarmed's profile, and enhanced recognition of the brand as a leading voice in regenerative agriculture; positioning them for greater policy influence as the government develops its approach to sustainable food and farming.

Approach

We created a strategic communications plan to engage both policymakers and industry leaders. We launched a digital advocacy campaign highlighting the need for government support to align food production with nature restoration, positioning regenerative farming as the solution. We produced policy briefings for key government figures, crafted targeted digital messaging and built momentum through media announcements about Wildfarmed's collaboration with the Zero Carbon Forum to promote regenerative flour.
